Term Review & Renewal
At the close of the initial term, both parties review and may renew, renegotiate, or transition the membership by mutual written agreement.
A note on ticketed events & the Garden Dinner Series
The vast majority of Donyae programming is free to members. A small selection of our most premium events and activations carry a ticket price — these are typically our most premium, elevated experiences. Founding members are always notified first and receive priority access.
The one event where members carry a cost is The Garden Dinner Series — our most exclusive, elevated dining experience. As a founding member, you pay the member rate. Any guests you bring pay the standard rate. This is the only financial commitment tied to your membership, and it is entirely optional based on your choice to attend.
For all other ticketed events, your guests pay the standard ticket price while your own access remains covered under your founding membership.
Member commitments
What we ask in return.
This is a community, not a campaign. What we ask is simple — and it is designed to protect the standard and culture of every room we build together.

Attendance — 2 events per month
Your physical presence is what makes Donyae real. Commit to attending at least 2 events, gatherings, or sessions per calendar month. The room needs you in it.

Luma Registration — Required for every event
Create a Luma account (luma.com) with a clear, current profile photo before attending any Donyae event. Every guest you bring must also register through the official Donyae Luma page before arriving. This protects the experience for everyone. No walk-ins.

Referrals — 5 per quarter
Extend the community. A minimum of 5 referrals per quarter — people who reflect the values, character, and standards of Donyae. Your network is our community. Every guest — whether they come through referral or personal invitation — is vetted and screened before attending to protect the standard and intention of every Donyae room.

Content Creation — At every event you attend
Unless otherwise instructed, please create content at every Donyae event you attend. Each month, post at least 2 of the following: an Instagram Story from the event (tag @donyae.co), a feed post (#ConnectionsBeyondSundays), or a Reel capturing the energy — 15 to 60 seconds, premium feel. Your content is part of how Donyae shows up in the world.

Discretion & Confidentiality
The Remnant is private. Do not disclose the existence of this invitation, the identities of other members, or the terms of this membership. You may acknowledge being a Donyae member. The program and the people in it stay protected. We are a high-network ecosystem — privacy is part of the trust.
